“made to withstand the forces of nature…”

AIV fiberglass products will endure the greatest challenges they encounter.

They

  • shield against extreme temperatures and loud noises
  • offer high mechanical strength and are resistible to cracking, breaking, and splitting
  • are incombustible and do not support fire
  • do not rot and resist insects and rodents

Needled E-Glass Mat (Nonwoven)

Our E-glass needled mat is a mechanically bonded glass fiber insulation blanket of uniform density supplied in thicknesses of 1/8" , 1/4 ", 1/2", and 1" that offers reliable, superior performance for continuous operating temperatures up to 1000°F (500°C) and excursions to 1200°F (650°C). Needled Basalt Mat (Nonwoven)

For applications that fall in the temperature range between e-glass and silica mats, basalt mats are the perfect solution. They can endure continuous operating tempertures up to 1300°F (700°C) and excursions to 1800°F (980°C). (more details…)

Needled High Silica Mat (Nonwoven)

Our High Silica Mat is a high performance nonwoven mat with a SiO2 content of 96% to 99%. Due to its outstanding low heat conductivity it used for thermal insulation and heat protection where severe temperature conditions up to 2300°F (1250°C) exist. (more details…)

Chopped Fiberglass Strands

Our chopped strands are made from continuous fiberglass yarns which are cut at a customer specific length (between 1.5” and 6.0”). (more details…)

Fiberglass Roving

We offer a variety of different fiberglass roving types suitable for your specific application. (more details…)

Chopped Strands

Chopped strands are made of continuous E-glass fibers chopped in a customer length of 3 to 25mm. (more details…)

Chopped Strand Mat

Chopped Strand Mat is a non-woven reinforcement material. It is made by cutting continuous roving, randomly dispersing the short strands, and bonding them into a thin sheet. (more details…)
